01 — About

Welcome to SwingZone

SwingZone is redefining the golf experience in Ireland. Our first venue in South-West Dublin will be a modern indoor golf studio built around high-quality simulator technology, coaching, leagues, and a relaxed social environment — designed for year-round play and open to all abilities.

We're on a mission to make golf more inclusive, modern, and social. Whether you're a beginner, junior, or seasoned player, SwingZone offers something for everyone.

02 — Market

A Growing Market, Ready for Innovation

Ireland's golfing population is growing and changing. Once seen as a traditional sport, golf is now attracting younger players, families, women, and corporate groups. Yet, the format and locations haven't evolved to meet this demand — especially in southwest Dublin.

07 — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum investment?
The minimum investment is €5,000, and you'll receive ordinary shares in return.
What tax relief can I get?
You may claim up to 50% income tax relief on your investment under the EIIS scheme, depending on eligibility and Revenue rules. The full relief is claimed in the tax year following your investment.
Who qualifies for EIIS tax relief?
Any Irish taxpayer with qualifying income — including PAYE workers, landlords, and self-employed individuals — can claim EIIS relief. Companies cannot claim EIIS relief, only individual taxpayers.
How do I actually get the tax relief?
Once we complete fundraising and receive our RICT number from Revenue, we'll issue a Statement of Qualification (SOQ). You include this with your tax return to claim the relief.
When can I claim my relief?
You can claim it in the tax year following the issue of the SOQ. For example, if the SOQ is issued in 2026, you claim in your 2026 tax return (filed in 2027).
How long do I have to hold the shares?
EIIS shares must be held for a minimum of four years to retain the tax relief.
Is SwingZone approved by Revenue?
SwingZone operates under the self-certified EIIS model. We will obtain an official RICT number once fundraising is complete.
What are the risks involved?
As with any early-stage business, there are risks. While EIIS provides generous tax relief, your capital is at risk and returns are not guaranteed.
Where will the venue be located?
The venue will be in the Tallaght area of South-West Dublin. We have identified a strong candidate site and are currently in the evaluation and negotiation phase.
When is the planned opening date?
We're targeting Q4 2026 / Q1 2027 for opening, subject to securing funding, finalising the site, and completing fit-out.
What makes SwingZone different from other golf venues?
We're the first modern indoor golf venue in South-West Dublin, with a community-focused model built around memberships, leagues, and repeat usage. Our pricing (€30–€45/hour) is also more competitive than city centre competitors (€45–€60/hour).
