Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data SwingZone Limited collects on this investor page, how we use it, and your rights under the GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Acts.
Who we are
SwingZone Limited, company number 771611, is the data controller. Email david@swingzone.ie or call 085 148 8335.
What we collect
When you register your interest, or ask for the brochure, we collect your name, email and phone number. We use that only to follow up about the investment.
The brochure downloads after those details are sent.
The pitch video is on Vimeo and only loads if you press play. Vimeo then receives your IP address and device details in order to stream it.
Cookies
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are only loaded if you click Accept on the cookie banner. Until then, those cookies are not set. Analytics tells us which pages were visited, roughly where a visit came from, and the device and browser used. The Meta Pixel measures Facebook and Instagram ads, including whether someone who saw an ad later registered interest. You can withdraw consent by clearing this site's data in your browser, or by emailing david@swingzone.ie.
If you play the investor pitch, Vimeo may set its own cookies in order to stream the video.
Who receives it
Form messages are delivered to David at SwingZone by Web3Forms. If you accept cookies, Google and Meta receive the measurement data described above. The site is hosted by our hosting provider, which keeps ordinary server logs. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you go on to invest, some records may need to be kept longer for company and tax rules.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or to limit how we use it. Email david@swingzone.ie and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission.
Children
This page is for adults considering an investment. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
